Dress codes are mandatory for all classes to ensure safety and to encourage proper technique. Class attire is not included in registration or class fees.

Kindy Tots and Primary Ballet (Ages 3-7)

Girls

• Pale pink leotard
• Or Pale pink leotard with skirt attached
• Pink tights or pink or white ankle socks
• Pink chiffon skirt (optional)
• Full-sole leather pink ballet slippers with elastics
• Hair in a ponytail, plait or a bun

Boys

• Plain white fitted “T”shirt
• Black dance shorts or leggings
• Black leather full-sole ballet slippers with elastics

Ballet

• Dance leotard of any color
• Pink ballet tights
• Pink leather full-sole ballet slippers
• Hair in a bun (using an elastic, hair pins and a hairnet). If hair is short it must be well groomed and a headband must be worn to secure the hair
• No undergarments and no jewellery other than small earrings

Jazz

• Dance leotard of any color, or sports bra with black jazz pants or dance shorts
• Tan split sole jazz shoes- slip-on style
• Hair in a ponytail, plait or bun. If hair is short, it must be pulled back off of the face
• No sweat pants, tank tops or t-shirts allowed
• No jewellery other than small earrings

Contemporary

• Dance leotard of any color with dance shorts
• Barefeet
• Hair in a ponytail, plait or bun. If hair is short, it must be pulled back off of the face
• No jewellery other than small earrings
