Fee Policies
Enrollment Term fees are payable in full within the first week prior to the first day of the Enrollment Term.
Part payment of fees is not accepted and no payment plan is offered by Papamoa Dance Studio.
To secure registration in a class fees must be paid in full.
Fees
Fees are based on an average 9 week Enrollment Term, with a minimum number of 8 weeks, to take into account any consideration for a statutory holiday.
Fees are not refundable for missed classes and not reduced or refunded for sickness.
If fees are not paid in full by the beginning of week 2 of the term a 10% penalty fee will be applied to any outstanding dance fees/tuition.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Papamoa Dance Studio will not give a refund for absences from classes due to illness, injury or personal circumstances, classes missed due to a change of mind, classes missed due to holidays, or classes missed due to public holidays.
Papamoa Dance Studio will refund in full all fee payments for remaining classes, if a class is cancelled by Papamoa Dance Studio.
The schedule is subject to change until classes begin and classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment.
Health, Safety, Injury and Medical Policies and Procedure
While Papamoa Dance Studio takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes, it or any employee does not:
(i) accept responsibility for personal injury or loss caused during class or while students are on the Papamoa Dance Studios property.
(ii) accept responsibility for any loss of, or damage to, personal property while on the Papamoa Dance Studio property.
Papamoa Dance Studio aims to provide a safe environment to reduce the risk of injury. However, it is acknowledged by the student and the parent/caregiver that dance by its nature carries a risk of accident or injury.
It is the responsibility of the student or parent/caregiver to notify the teacher in the event of an injury or medical condition prior to class. Students and parents/caregivers are responsible to make sure their child/ren are physically and mentally fit to attend a class.
Class Viewing Policy
The last week of each term is the only time parents/caregivers can stay to view class.
The only exception to this above policy is in special circumstances and only as previously discussed and mutually agreed with the dance teacher.
Photography and Videoing
Photography or videoing of students in class is not permitted. This is for the safety & well-being of each individual student.
